Cliff (Manager)
With 36 years of experience and an extensive knowledge of music retail, a useful person to know when you want to sort out that vintage piece of kit stuck in the cupboard that you don't know what to do with… (In fact, he probably sold it to you in the first place!)
Alby (Assistant Manager)
Alby started with Strum & Bass on the Musical Instrument Retail Training Apprenticeship Scheme. Already a well-known drummer and guitarist on the local music scene, he set about applying his skills to selling musical instruments. His knowledge of guitars and effects processors stood him in good stead and now has gained an extensive wealth of information on a wide range of instruments.
Will (Assistant)
At last we have someone on the team to demonstrate bottleneck blues style.Will loves his Blues and can often be found around the corner lovingly polishing the chrome resonator.
Karen (The Boss)
Keeps us all on the straight and narrow. 10 years in music retail, though usually behind the scenes. Recently, more and more in the shop… because we're so busy of course!
